As a transportation organisation, Rossfreight is structured to provide efficient parcel carrying services throughout the Sydney metropolis and NSW country centres. It is our objective to ensure delivery of customer freight to its destination within the next working day. This is made possible through the goal oriented approach and dedicated effort of the team.

The Management ensures to provide the necessary resources in personnel, equipment, appropriate working environment and motivational tools to its personnel.

Rossfreight has a Quality Management System certified against the Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 that augments our efforts and ensures consistency in our operations. The management is committed to achieving continuous improvement in all its facilities and operations. Staff, customers and vendors are encouraged to suggest ways of improving our operations and services. Regular Management Reviews are held to explore venues of improvement and to review audit findings that capture any lapses in our systems and practices. The Management recognises the complexities of the task and its limitations against its commitment to provide services to the customers’ satisfaction within reasonable expectations of the industry.

Rossfreight Management is also committed to the safety and well being of its employees, contractors and visitors and has adopted procedures in accordance with the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 and Standard AS4801.
